Leaving the corporate world to work from home was the best decision I have ever made in my career. I am having the best time of my life because I not only have more time with my family but I also reduced a lot of stress due to my daily commute and I can now save more since I won't have to pay for transportation.

I'm a Customer Service Expert with 3 years of experience. I worked with some of the largest telecommunications and financial companies in the United States. I have helped thousands of customers worldwide and assisted colleagues when I was assigned as team support. My goal is to use my knowledge and skills to contribute to my client's business growth.


I'm also a General Virtual Assistant who now focuses on Real Estate and Social Media Management for 4 years. My roles are cold calling, answering inbound calls, blog writing, create eye-catching infographics, manage social media, lead generation, and a lot more. Late November 2018, I started outsourcing my projects to my friends, train them thoroughly with what I do and give them a job.
